Orange Helmets... of course! |
Ziplining, what a hoot! We have ziplined once over a jungle canopy, but this was longer, higher and over and all around the Tsitsikamma Waterfall and river/canyon, it was really pretty and certainly a different waterfall from what we have seen. The color of the water has a brownish tint from the decaying foliage that it passes over and through, but they say it is perfectly safe to drink... uhh, I'm not buying that and certainly didn't test it!
Dennis just zipped on the longest and fastest run following the waterfall and river below. It was way high and really fast! In-fact they have an emergency brake in place on this one.
Freddy had our camera and managed to take lots of pics of us.

Since we were the only two ziplining (no group), on the last run they let us both go at the same time. Charles videoed this run for us: (I couldn't get the video to post... sorry)

Our Guides Charle and Freddy were great!

It was a fun afternoon.
